Children thrive when they’re surrounded by people committed to helping them learn and grow. Sevita’s early intervention services, including ABA therapy and autism supports, helps young children build skills and grow. Our teams use play-focused, evidence-based practices. We work with families to identify their child’s strengths and foster growth and development. Then our caring team provides the family with the tools and support they need to give their child a great start in life.
Early intervention and ABA therapy services
The first three years of a child’s life are important to their growth and development. It’s when they learn to make friends and develop skills. Sevita offers early intervention therapies for young children with or at risk for developmental delays, including:
- Applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy – fosters communication, social, play, and learning skills.
- Play-based learning – encourages a child’s imagination and their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- In-home therapy – provides therapy and skill-bulding in the family home.
School-age services
Sevita also supports school-age children with a wide range of services to help them build skills to do well in school. Our therapists use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to help reduce negative behaviors and promote social growth, communication, and learning in a school setting.
We also offer after-school programs to help children with autism develop social and life skills. Our team members use supports such as occupational therapy, ABA therapy, and speech therapy. We work with children in small groups to help them make friends and reach their goals together.
