Sevita’s senior adult day care and nursing services offer social activities, nutritious meals, and more to help seniors get the most out of every day.
We believe that every person deserves to live a full, independent life, and the best place to do this is in their home and community. Our adult day programs help seniors and other adults with a wide range of needs feel their best and be as active as they would like to be.
Our centers are warm, welcoming community spaces to enjoy a cup of coffee with friends, try new hobbies and see what each new day brings. Our dedicated team gives family caregivers a helping hand and peace of mind that their loved one has the care they need and a place to belong.
Celebrating the cultures of the people we serve
Community is important to the people we serve and to us. Our bilingual staff support individuals from a wide range of backgrounds. We provide meals and activities that celebrate culture and offer a taste of home.
Nursing care and wellness services
Each center has nurses on site to help with any medical need and give family and other caregivers peace of mind. We can give medications and provide daily care as well as meet needs related to behavioral health and dementia. We also provide healthy, delicious meals and snacks each day.
Adults can stay active and social through fun events with a vibrant, community center feel. Whether it’s a game of bingo or Mahjong, joining the choir, or a holiday celebration, each of our centers has a full day of activities for each person’s interests.
At our centers, adults with dementia, Alzheimer’s, and other memory care needs can safely enjoy their favorite activities and make friends. At the same time, their families have peace of mind that they are safe, cared for, and thriving.
Sevita’s programs provide safe transportation for adults with medical needs. We offer drop-off and pick-up services so they can get to and from our adult day health centers.
