Our Impact – Making Healthcare Better and Communities Stronger

For more than 50 years, our caring team has helped people of all ages develop independence and live full, joyful lives. Over the years, we’ve also had the privilege of giving back to our communities.

And when the COVID-19 pandemic changed all of our lives, we pulled together as an organization. We worked tirelessly to provide the people we serve and our employees with the support to keep growing and thriving.

As we look to the future, we look for more ways to help make our communities stronger and make health care work better.

Quality is at the heart of our organization

Sevita is committed not just to providing quality services. We’re committed to continually improving our services so they keep meeting the needs of the people we serve. Our continuous quality improvement program is driven by a set of proven policies and procedures that align with our mission and values, with a focus on improving outcomes. These include:

Our quality improvement team of more than 160 clinicians, medical directors, and other practitioners support our programs across the country. Together, we have created a culture focused on health, safety, and wellness for the whole person – physical, social, behavioral, and across all areas of a person’s life.

From ensuring that an individual we serve receives regular medical care, to helping them form positive relationships in the community, to adjusting their service plan as they reach goals, we continually monitor and assess services to ensure that people receive the positive outcomes they want and deserve.

A focus on outcomes

Our goal for each person we serve is the same: achieving positive outcomes, including increased independence, participation in community life, and overall happiness. See the difference we’re making.
