Safe transportation for seniors
We offer drop-off and pick-up services so seniors can get to and from our adult day health centers. Participants at our centers can also get rides to medical appointments, community activities, and shopping. With convenient wheelchair-accessible vans and support from helpful team members, seniors can be as active as they’d like to be. And families can rest easy knowing their loved one has a safe and reliable ride when they need it.

In-home services
To help seniors live well at home, we provide meal delivery and tablets to help stay connected to family and nurses. We can also help with daily living in the home, including personal care and housekeeping.
When seniors can’t come to their local Sevita center, we help them stay connected through virtual visits. They can have daily check-ins with their nurse to make sure they’re feeling their best.
Sevita’s experienced team supports adults with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, or other memory-related needs. Our centers are safe, welcoming spaces where they can have fun and make friends.
Sevita day centers have nurses on site to help with any medical need. They give medications and provide daily care for a range of conditions, such as kidney disease, diabetes, and behavioral health challenges.
