Specialized Health and Rehabilitation Services

Sevita’s health and rehabilitation services support people with needs such as brain injury as well as medical, behavioral, and other needs. Our caring team members help individuals re-learn skills and regain independence so they can live their best lives.

Children and Family Services

Sevita helps children and families overcome challenge so they can stay together. For children with behavioral health challenges, problems in school, or a wide range of other needs, Sevita’s caring team members and Mentor foster parents help them heal and thrive so they can have bright futures.

Community Services

Sevita’s Community Services help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, medical needs, and other challenges become more independent. Through services such as host homes and case management, we help each person we serve reach their full potential and be active in their communities.

Senior Services

Sevita’s senior services help elders live their best lives, with services including  day programs, nursing care, in-home supports, and telehealth services to help them thrive. Our caring nurses, case coordinators, activity directors, and other professionals take the worry out of an elder’s daily care.
