How can we help?
At Sevita’s adult day health programs, adults can make friends and get the nursing care they need to stay as healthy and independent as possible.
To help adults live well at home, we provide meal delivery and tablets for televisits with family and nurses. We can also help with daily living in the home, including personal care and housework.
When seniors can’t come to their local adult day health center, they can have virtual check-ins with their nurse to make sure they’re feeling their best.
Our team is dedicated to helping seniors and other adults live their best lives. No matter what challenges they may face, they can count on our nurses, case coordinators, and other caring team members for support.
Our adult day health team members are trained in supporting seniors with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and other memory-related conditions. Our centers are a safe place where they can have fun, make friends, and live well every day.
