Our Services

In our host homes, adults and children with disabilities live in family homes with loving caregivers. Individuals become part of their caregiver’s family and get the support they need to thrive, including help with daily living, transportation, and more. This warm and caring family environment builds long-lasting caring relationships that can support individuals wherever they go in life.

Host home providers are independent contractors and not employees of Bridges or Sevita.
