The caring team at Bridges of Wyoming helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and other needs live fuller, more independent lives. Our residential and day services help adults build independent living skills and be active in the community. We’re here to help the people we serve succeed, whatever challenges they face.
Our Services
Our 24-hour residential services (also known as group homes) offer smaller community-based home settings where adults can build daily living skills and enjoy life in their community. Caring staff support the people we serve with daily living needs such as:

- Shopping
- Making meals

Our team provides flexible, scheduled supports in an individual’s home or in the community. Staff support the people we serve in developing daily living skills, such as personal care and meal preparation, and enjoying their favorite activities in the community.
Our day programs are fun and welcoming spaces where adults with a wide range of needs can build independent living skills, make friends, and enjoy fun activities at our centers and in the community. Our programs support adults with challenges including:
