Become a Host Home Provider with Sevita

As a host home provider, you can help someone with a disability grow and live their best life.

In our host home programs, adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities live with a caring host home provider and become part of the family. Host home providers do more than open their homes – they help the people they support grow and thrive.

You can help another person live the full, active life of their own choosing. As part of your family, they’ll form lasting relationships and build skills that support them all through their lives.

Host home providers are independent contractors and not employees of Sevita.
