Whether someone is living in one of our community homes or comes to one of our day programs, our nurses can provide the daily medical supports they need. Our trained nurses can give medications and daily health checks to help with chronic illnesses. We can also help make sure individuals get the care they need in the case of more serious medical issues. Sevita’s nursing team is here to help with it all.
