Our programs support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our Services
Our Waiver Group Homes are warm and welcoming residences with caring staff providing 24/7 support for up to four adults. Services include daily living and personal care supports, skill development, transportation, and more.
Caring team members provide support in an individual’s own home or another residence to help them live more independently. Services are tailored to each person’s needs and may include skill development, support with daily living, and support being active in the community.
Our remote support services use assistive and other technology to help people with IDD live as independently and safely as possible in their home. Adults also have the support they need from our caring team members.
Our day programs are fun and exciting spaces where adults can build independent living skills, make friends, and enjoy exciting activities in the community. Day program services are currently available in Sussex County.
We offer consultative behavioral and nursing services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with supports including:
- Behavior management
- Behavior support plans
- Medication reviews by our RNs
- Audits of medical appointments
