Our Services

family at home

Our Adult Foster Care program, also known as host homes, helps adults with disabilities and those with complex medical needs grow and become more independent. We match adults with caring host home providers we call Mentors. With support from our team, these individuals live with their Mentors and become part of the family. Mentors open their heart and home by providing care and support to help each individual reach their full potential.

Mentors receive a generous tax free monthly stipend to cover the cost of care.

“This type of care has helped both my family and I be closer together.  The staff are amazing and truly committed to their compassion towards the families. Thank you for providing quality service!”
