Since 1986, we’ve helped adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities make friends and build the skills to be an active part of community life. From day habilitation to supported living to residential services, our caring team is here to help the people we serve live their best lives.
Our Services
In our day habilitation programs, adults can build social and independent living skills at our centers and in the community. Adults can make friends, enjoy fun activities in the community, and pursue their goals and interests. Activities may include:
- Cooking classes
- Crafts
- Exercise
- Music therapy
- Volunteer projects
- Community outings
Our team provides hourly in-home support services for adults in their own homes and apartments. Services help individuals become more independent so they can live fully in the community. Supports may include:
- Independent living skill building
- Health and wellness supports
- Support with cooking and housekeeping
- Money management
- Transportation to appointments and community activities
For people who live on their own or with family, our team provides hourly supports to help them become independent without 24-hour support. Services may include:
- Daily living skill building
- Health and safety monitoring
- Community activities
Our ICFs offer 24/7 care in small, welcoming homes in the community. Our caring team provides medical, daily living, and skill-building supports for individuals with intensive needs.
Basic
Our team provides 24-hour supervision and support in a group home setting. These homes typically serve four or fewer individuals and focus on daily living skill building.
Enhanced
Our team provides 24/7 care in a licensed group home setting for individuals with intensive medical or behavioral support needs.
