Our Services
Adults in our programs live in small residential homes (also known as waiver group homes) with daily support to help them live well. Our team creates support plans tailored to the unique needs of each person we serve, with services including:
- 24/7 supervision
- Personal care supports
- Independent living skill building
- Medical & professional service coordination
Our team provides caring support to individuals in their homes and in the community. Services are scheduled and tailored to each person’s needs and may include:
- Personal care supports
- Independent living skill building
- Fun community activities
In our day programs, adults enjoy fun activities to help them learn, make friends, and build skills. Activities are tailored to each person’s interests and goals and may include:
- Art and music
- Cooking
- Computer training
- Exercise
- Job skills training
This service provides specialized, individualized behavioral support for individuals who need additional assistance to benefit from other services. Support is delivered directly to the individual and includes training and guidance for staff and family members to implement personalized behavior support strategies.
Shared supported living offers personalized, limited support for individuals who live independently in their own home or apartment. Services focus on building independence while assisting with community access, managing daily responsibilities, and other personal supports as needed.
Supports individuals living in a family home with daily assistance to focuses on personal needs and enjoyable, community-based activities.
