Helping People of All Abilities Live Well

Full, joyful lives

For the past 25 years, we’ve had a mission to help people with disabilities and other needs build the skills and independence to live their best lives. Since the beginning, our work has been based on the belief that every person we serve has the right to live well.

Our Services

Our caring team members help the people we serve build skills to reach their goals and live more independently, from personal care to work skills to making friends and trying new hobbies. We work with each person we serve to create a plan of service just for their needs and goals.

Host Homes

In our host homes, adults with a wide range of challenges live with supportive caregivers and become part of their family. Caregivers help adults build skills such as personal care, cooking, and more to be more independent and enjoy community life.
