In Tennessee, we serve adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities through services including supportive care, day programs, and behavioral health supports. We also serve adults with complex medical and rehabilitative need through a continuum of care that includes health care and therapies, home and community supports, and behavioral health services.

Seniors
Sevita’s senior services help seniors live the life they enjoy, with services including day programs, in-home supports, and telehealth services to help them thrive. Our caring team of nurses, case coordinators, activity directors, and other professionals are passionate about helping seniors live well. We take the worry out of daily care, so family caregivers can have peace of mind that their loved one is safe and supported.
